1. General Terms

1.1. The giveaway entitles the winner to receive up to £10,000 worth of dental treatment with Dr Michael Platten at Claris Dental.
1.2. This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
1.3. The £10,000 credit may be used as a dental treatment reserve for the winner, their family, or friends and can be applied towards the following treatments:

• Clear aligners

• Composite bonding

• Crowns, bridges, and veneers

• Root canal treatment

• Treatment of decay

• Check-ups

• Smile makeovers

• Teeth whitening

1.4. The giveaway does not cover specialist care, external referrals, or any treatment outside of Michael Platten’s scope of practice.

1.5. Lab bills are not included.

2. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

2.1. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United Kingdom.
2.2. To be eligible for the giveaway, entrants must:

• Book and attend a non-refundable initial check-up at Claris Dental. The cost of this check-up is not deducted from the giveaway amount.

• Follow Claris Dental on Instagram.

• Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag at least three people.

2.3. The giveaway entry is only valid if all the above requirements are met.

3. Assessment & Treatment Conditions

3.1. All treatment is subject to the patient being assessed as dentally fit for the preferred treatment.
3.2. The initial check-up can be performed by any dentist at the practice and is chargeable.
3.3. The initial check-up fee is non-refundable, and appointments can only be rescheduled if the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment time.
3.4. Only Dr Michael Platten is permitted to carry out the treatment under this giveaway.
 

4. Validity & Expiry

4.1. The £10,000 dental credit is valid for two years from the date the winner is announced.
4.2. The credit remains valid only while Dr Michael Platten is employed at Claris Dental. If he ceases to work at Claris Dental, any unused credit will become void.
4.3. The prize may not be used for multiple patients unless explicitly agreed by Claris Dental.
 

5. Other Legal Considerations

5.1. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
5.2. The giveaway is subject to availability, and treatment plans will be agreed upon based on clinical suitability.
5.3. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the giveaway. The winner consents to the use of before and after photos on our website and social media.
 

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
